Maria is a seasoned Human Resources executive with 20 years of global experience in large industrial and technology companies, including IBM and Honeywell.  Most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Honeywell, Maria has built a distinguished career specializing in strategic HR leadership, talent management, HR operations and large-scale organizational transformation.

With a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University, Maria has been a trusted strategic business partner to C-suite executives, driving people strategies that align with business objectives.  Throughout her career, Maria has successfully led HR functions across diverse industries, spearheading initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR services optimization.  She has experience in high-tech and research environments and has led initiatives to establish global centers of excellence outside of the United States.

Most recently serving as Vice President of Media Technology at Dentsu, David played a key role in shaping and advancing the agency’s media tech capabilities—helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of platforms, data, and automation with clarity and confidence.
